Mdaturbines in Ohio is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to partner with business leaders across divisions to identify, facilitate, and deliver improvement projects that enhance quality, reduce waste, and boost productivity and profitability.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years in quality/CI in the power generation space, strong Lean/Kaizen knowledge, and proven project management and facilitation skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related field experience in quality/continuous improvement in Power Generation Industry or related industry.
• Knowledge of Power Industry processes; Lean and Continuous Improvement/Kaizen principles; Project Management and facilitation; Quality Systems – ISO familiarity; Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Action; proficiency in current PC technology and software for forms/documents.

Responsabilidades

• Works with the Manager of Quality & Continuous Improvement to assess and identify strategic improvement opportunities within MD&A Divisions.
• Coordinates with business leaders to assess, prioritize, and align improvement opportunities and projects with business objectives and operational needs.
• Facilitates, executes, and completes focused improvement projects with Division employees.
• Establishes metrics to monitor effectiveness of improvements in quality, cost, waste reduction, productivity, and profitability.
• Assists in auditing operations to identify process deficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Ensures process changes are documented for training and maintenance; ensures compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
