Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC (MD&A) is seeking a Manager of Quality & Continuous Improvement to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of quality systems across operations. The role includes hands-on auditing, improving internal controls, and partnering with leadership to select improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related field experience in Quality/Continuous Improvement in Power Generation Industry or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems and processes; proficient in RCA and CAPA; proficient with PC software to create forms/documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems across operations.
• Lead audits, strengthen internal controls and collaborate with division leadership.
• Identify processes/projects for continuous improvement and drive cost, waste reduction and productivity gains.
• Direct compliance with applicable regulations and represent quality in executive decisions.
