Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC (MD&A) seeks a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to drive value across MD&A divisions by improving quality, reducing waste, and boosting productivity. You will collaborate with business leaders to implement strategic improvements and establish data-driven metrics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years in quality/CI within the power generation sector. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of quality/continuous improvement experience in Power Generation or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement/Kaizen principles.
• Project Management and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems.
• Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Action.
• Proficient in current PC technology and software to create forms and documents.

Responsibilities

• Identify, facilitate, manage and implement improvement projects across MD&A Divisions.
• Coordinate with business leaders to assess, prioritize and align improvement opportunities with business objectives and operational needs.
• Facilitate, execute and complete focused improvement projects across divisions.
• Establish metrics to monitor improvements in quality, cost, waste, productivity, and profitability.
• Audit operations to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure process changes are documented for training and maintenance.
• Ensure changes comply with MD&A QMS and regulatory requirements.
