Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC (MD&A) is a world class supplier of power generation services, parts, and repairs for steam, gas, and industrial turbines and generators.

MD&A is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to partner with divisional leaders to identify, facilitate, manage, and implement value-driven improvement projects that boost quality, reduce waste, and improve productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of quality/continuous improvement experience in Power Generation Industry or related industry.
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement/Kaizen principles; Project Management and facilitation; Quality Systems – ISO familiarity.
• Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Action; proficiency in current PC technology & software to create forms/documents.

Responsabilités

• Identify, facilitate, manage, and implement improvement projects across MD&A Divisions.
• Coordinate with business leaders to assess, prioritize, and align improvement opportunities with business objectives.
• Work with division employees to facilitate, execute, and complete focused improvement projects.
• Establish metrics to monitor improvements in quality, cost, waste, productivity, and profitability.
• Assist in auditing operations to identify process deficiencies and opportunities.
• Ensure process changes are documented for training and maintenance; ensure compliance with MD&A QMS and regulatory requirements.
