Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement professional for an on-site role in the Dallas, TX area. You will develop Lean roadmaps across manufacturing and operations, coach teams on Lean tools, and lead Kaizen events to drive cost savings and productivity gains.

You will analyze operational data, build KPIs, and partner with departments to standardize best practices, empowering leadership with measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3+ years of operations or manufacturing experience with continuous improvement responsibility.
• Experience in a manufacturing/high-volume production environment.
• Hands-on data extraction and analysis from SAP.
• Experience planning and facilitating Kaizen events.
• Strong Lean knowledge: Kanban, JIT, SMED, TPM, 5S, Visual Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Lean roadmaps across manufacturing and operational functions.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives focusing on quality, flow, productivity, and cost.
• Champion Lean manufacturing principles throughout the facility.
• Train and coach employees on Lean tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Plan and facilitate Kaizen events.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and metrics to measure results.
• Present progress and cost savings to leadership and partners across departments.
• Identify, track, and document cost savings initiatives.
• Analyze operational and inventory data to support strategic decisions.
• Drive employee engagement and adoption of continuous improvement practices.
