Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to lead continuous improvement projects at our Oxford, NC site. The role focuses on developing data collection, analysis processes, and Daily Management Systems to sustain standard operations.

You will serve as SME for critical process parameters and champion Lean, Toyota Production System, and World Class Manufacturing to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or related discipline and 1+ years of experience.
• Bias for action and strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and process-driven with data-to-action focus.
• Cross-functional collaboration within the site.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills.
• Flexible for team-based work and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and action tracking across value streams.
• Develop and maintain processes for best-practice sharing and data granularity.
• Create and manage departmental metrics aligned with site KPIs.
• Support Rapid Improvement Events and Kaizen activities using Lean tools.
• Perform other projects as assigned by leadership.
