Job summary

Revlon is seeking an onsite Continuous Improvement Specialist for our Oxford, NC office. You will plan, organize, and lead improvement projects for assigned value streams, and develop standard data collection and action planning tied to key KPIs.

You will establish and maintain Daily Management Systems to sustain outputs. The role requires Lean Manufacturing principles, Toyota Production System concepts, cross-functional collaboration, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or related discipline required with 1+ years of experience.
• Bias for action and strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience in cross-functional environments and process development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, facilitate, manage, and lead continuous improvement projects for assigned value streams.
• Develop standard processes for data collection, analysis, and action planning related to key KPIs.
• Develop and maintain Daily Management Systems to sustain standard processes and outputs.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for critical process parameters for the assigned business unit.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Toyota Production System, and World Class Manufacturing principles.
