Job summary

Revlon in Oxford, NC is seeking a Process Improvement professional to plan, organize, facilitate, manage, and lead continuous improvement projects for assigned value streams. You will develop standard data collection processes and daily management systems to sustain outcomes, serving as SME for critical process parameters.

Applying Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, and World Class Manufacturing concepts, you will drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or related discipline and 1+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; ability to translate top-level data into executable action plans.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate continual improvements in Business Results and Site KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, Morale).
• Lead, facilitate, and coach continuous improvement teams to identify root causes and action items using various problem‑solving techniques.
• Develop, document, and maintain processes for best practice sharing and reapplication.
• Develop a departmental metrics system / scorecard aligned with Site level KPIs and drive gap analyses and actions.
• Participate in Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), Kaizens, or Blitz activities as required; support leadership with additional projects.
