Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Continuous Improvement Manager and/or Coordinator.
• Experience in a plant manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing mindset is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage CI projects as assigned.
• Perform gap analyses to identify deficiencies in business processes and programs, and recommend adjustments.
• Link process deficiencies directly to bottom line impact.
• Assist with cross-functional project teams to implement change and drive CI.
• Ensure adherence to standard data collection, documentation and reporting processes.
• Build project plans for CI projects, including resources, timelines, and critical paths.
• Manage diverse CI strategies for transactional and/or manufacturing operations.
• Participate in operational continuous improvement reviews.
