Job summary

Bolthouse Farms, Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive manufacturing excellence. You will apply Lean Six Sigma, lead cross-functional CI projects, and develop visual management systems to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while engaging teams on the shop floor.

The role requires problem-solving on the line, strong data analysis, and the ability to coach others in Lean tools. This is a full-time on-site position in Bakersfield, CA with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives: plan, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement activities.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve productivity, and cut costs.
• Gather and analyze data, present findings to guide improvement efforts.
• Coordinate and lead CI projects, track progress and documentation.
• Quantify benefits: cost savings, productivity, quality improvements, capacity gains.
• Lead 5S implementation and develop visual management systems.
