Qualifications

• 1-2 years of operations leadership experience, preferably in sports, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of soccer and its rules.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and run soccer leagues, tournaments, and events.
• Market leagues to attract new teams and promote events.
• Maintain league facilities and ensure player safety.
• Recruit and manage Match Captains and community engagement.
