Job summary

TOCA Football is seeking a Kids Class Manager to lead and grow our youth soccer programs. You will plan classes, build a strong coaching team, and create a safe, exciting environment for kids to fall in love with the game.

As the program grows, you’ll manage marketing, partner outreach, and class operations, while maintaining TOCA’s class methodology and curriculum. You’ll work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays in Carrollton, TX.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of operations leadership experience—bonus points if it’s in sports, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience managing kids' sports programs or coaching.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Passion for soccer and creating an exciting, safe environment for young players.
• Ready to lead full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth strategies to attract more players and engage with parents, schools, and clubs.
• Budget management, performance tracking, and monthly goal attainment for thriving classes.
• Recruit, train, and support coaches and ensure curriculum adherence.
