Job summary

TOCA Soccer is seeking a Kids Class Manager in Naperville, IL. You’ll oversee the local youth soccer program, plan classes, manage coaches, and ensure a fun, safe environment for children to learn and grow.

You’ll lead program growth, coordinate with families and communities, and build a strong team that delivers TOCA’s class methodology and curriculum. This full-time role requires nights, weekends, and holidays with a passion for sport.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of operations leadership experience in sports, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience managing kids' sports programs or coaching.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for soccer and creating a safe, engaging environment for kids.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead program marketing and growth by partnering with parents, schools, and local clubs.
• Oversee class operations: coach classes, prep field/equipment, schedule coaches.
• Develop coaches: recruit, train, provide feedback, ensure curriculum adherence.
