Job summary

TOCA Soccer in Richmond, OH is seeking a Head Soccer Coach to lead our community programs and training teams. You will manage sessions, develop players, and collaborate with the General Manager to meet revenue and client targets.

The role requires USSF/CSA/UEFA coaching credentials (minimum D level), a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Expect a full-time schedule with afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience.
• USSF, CSA, or UEFA licensed coach (minimum D level).
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Financial acumen and the ability to understand financial impact of decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Manager to uphold the program’s budget and financial reports.
• Follow monthly business plan to achieve session, client, and financial targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, clubs, and community organizations.
• Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of trainers; ensure staff adhere to safety protocols.
