TOCA Football in The Colony, TX is seeking a TOCA Training Manager to lead our tech-powered soccer training program and manage a squad of energized coaches. You will drive community growth, optimize schedules, and ensure TOCA standards are met across all sessions.

The role requires 1–2 years of operations leadership, a passion for player development, and a collaborative mindset to connect with players, parents, local clubs, and coaches. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of operations leadership experience in sports, retail, or hospitality.
• Passionate about player development and improving performance.
• A connector who builds relationships with players, coaches and the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead our tech-powered soccer training program and manage a squad of energized coaches.
• Grow the program through community engagement, marketing tactics, and partnerships.
• Ensure sessions meet TOCA standards for quality and safety, and adjust schedules to maximize rebooking.
