Qualifications

• Five-plus years of experience facilitating instructor-led training to adult learners.
• Leadership or soft-skill development focus.
• Experience coordinating training programs and events.
• Experience leading train-the-trainer sessions.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training developed in-house or curated from vendors, both in person and virtually.
• Coordinate planning through completion in the LMS for all training events.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions for field Training Managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the company-wide CPR certification program.
• Maintain training materials, forms, equipment, and inventory for instructors across locations.
• Collaborate with L&D and subject matter experts to improve learner experience.
