The American Heart Association is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager, Corporate Training Solutions. This home-based role leads a team of four Business Development Managers and drives growth of CPR, First Aid, AED, and workplace safety training programs.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management experience.
• Experience with sales leadership or team management.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams while achieving individual sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, coaching, and executive relationship management.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including daily travel to partner sites and stakeholders (approximately 70-80%), with occasional overnight travel (approximately 10%).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of four Business Development Managers, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth.
• Serve as a player-coach by managing key enterprise accounts and personally contributing to revenue goals.
• Identify, pursue, and close new corporate partnerships for CPR, First Aid, AED, and workplace safety training programs.
• Build relationships with executive decision-makers across HR, Learning & Development, Safety, Risk Management, and Operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that expand market share and increase customer retention.
• Manage pipeline health, forecasting, contract negotiations, and strategic account planning.
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive demand generation, customer adoption, and long-term growth.
