Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Trainer to develop and deliver training programs, including CPR/First Aid/AED, defensive tactics, mobility device operation, and fire life safety. The role partners with HR and branch teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality training experiences for security professionals and supervisors.

The position requires two years of classroom instruction, strong communication, and the ability to prepare manuals and compelling presentations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of classroom instructor experience.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills; interact with clients.
• Ability to write manuals, respond to needs, and prepare presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop practical training programs with operational partners.
• Vet and establish relationships with local training academies.
• Communicate with regional training manager and clients.
• Deliver field training programs in compliance with laws and Allied Universal standards.
• Conduct CPR/First Aid/AED, Defensive Tactics, and Mobility Devices training.
• Provide Fire/Life Safety training and evacuation drills.
• Lead leadership training such as Supervisor Essentials.
