Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers an exciting Management Trainee program to kickstart your career with hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management and Service Management. You’ll learn from experienced managers and prepare for advancement opportunities within the company.

Ideal candidates may have a co-op or internship in customer service, sales or administrative roles and should be willing to relocate regionally during or after the program.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• DOT requirements: active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Preferred: Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role
• A business or otherwise related academic major
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
