Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your career with hands‑on rotations in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management and Service Management. You will work closely with experienced managers to learn about operations and leadership, preparing for advancement within the company.

Preferred candidates may have co‑op or internship experience in customer service, sales or admin, and a relevant major.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Active driver's license and able to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Willing to relocate regionally during or after the program.
• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to gain leadership exposure.
• Engage in outside sales to promote products and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
