Job summary

Cintas is seeking motivated candidates for its Management Trainee program to jumpstart careers through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office Management and Service Management. You will learn from experienced managers and prepare for advancement within the company.

Key responsibilities include departmental rotations, outside sales activities, exceptional customer service, sales analysis, and collaboration on projects with leaders; relocation may be required

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months
• Have an active driver's license

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
