Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to kickstart a leadership career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You will work with experienced managers to develop leadership skills and prepare for advancement within the company.

The program includes exposure to sales, operations, and customer service, with professional development support and leadership seminars. Regional relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree to be obtained within six months.
• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification may be required.
• 21+ years of age and DOT driving eligibility for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
