Cintas offers a Management Trainee program designed to launch your career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You will learn from experienced managers and gain pathways to career advancement within the company.

The program emphasizes leadership development, cross-functional exposure, and real-world business insights, with opportunities for professional growth and regional relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or to be obtained within six months.
• Active driver's license, 21+ years old and DOT medical certification.
• Documentation regarding previous employment.
• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role favored.
• Business or related major preferred.
• Leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities preferred.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
