Cintas Corporation is launching a Management Trainee program in the United States aimed at developing leadership across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. Trainees will participate in hands-on rotations and learn from experienced managers to prepare for career advancement within the company.

The program emphasizes customer service, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with senior leaders, with opportunities for executive seminars and divisional summits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree within six months is required or will be obtained.
• Active driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
