Job summary

Cintas Corporation invites ambitious individuals to join its Management Trainee program in the United States. You will rotate across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management, gaining leadership exposure and hands-on experience to advance within the company.

You'll work with seasoned managers, participate in sales activities, and contribute to operational efficiency while developing management skills through structured rotations and seminars.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements: active license, 21+, DOT medical certification, documentation of past employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
