Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program in Las Vegas, NV, designed to kickstart your professional career. You will gain hands-on experience across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management while working closely with experienced managers to develop leadership skills and pursue advancement opportunities.

Participants will engage in cross-functional projects, sales activities, and professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree to be obtained within six months.
• Active driver's license.
• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• Leadership/management role on campus or in extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership perspectives.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects for sales and operations.
• Participate in Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
