Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Meet DOT requirements to drive a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs, including active driver's license and DOT medical certification.
• Be at least 21 years old and provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
