Cintas Corporation invites you to join a hands-on Management Trainee program designed to launch your career. You will rotate through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management to build leadership skills and gain broad operational insight under experienced managers.

Candidates must have or be about to obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months, meet DOT driving requirements, and be prepared to relocate regionally during or after the program.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Active driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain DOT medical certification prior to start date.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
