Cintas Corporation offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. You’ll rotate through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management to build leadership skills and prepare for advancement.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree within six months; must meet DOT requirements for driving a heavy vehicle; relocation is regional; the program includes development opportunities and exposure to executive leadership

Qualifications

Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
Active driver’s license and at least 21 years old.
DOT medical certification required.
Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
Participate in Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
