Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to learn all aspects of our business and develop leadership skills. The role targets a 12–18 month path to promotion to Branch Manager, with a starting wage of $39,520 per year or $19 per hour, in a fast-paced local rental environment.

You will gain experience in sales, fleet management, operations, finance, and leadership development while preparing for future leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support location sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
