Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn operations through an 8-week rotational program across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
• Develop solutions to support growth and ensure excellent customer service.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly DC goals and improve productivity.
• Coach and train employees on best practices and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
