This paid program builds leadership skills, mentors teams, and aims to prepare you for a future leadership role within WebstaurantStore's Nevada facility. W-2 employment only; H-1B sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience managing a team of 15+ employees.
• Experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required.
• This role does not require a degree.
• Business proficiency requires the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
