Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a Management Trainee to develop into a leadership role across nationwide locations. You will learn branch operations, sales processes, leadership planning, and customer service excellence while supporting daily tasks and strategic initiatives.

You'll work closely with senior personnel, deliver presentations, manage assigned customers, and participate in performance reviews and IDP goals.

Qualifications

• Entry-level trainee with path to management.
• Strong emphasis on leadership development.
• Based at multiple nationwide locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations.
• Understand roles within the company and store processes.
• Provide administrative support and update records.
• Create and give presentations.
• Grow revenue and manage select assigned customers.
• Conduct customer visits and sales campaigns.
