You will complete a learning plan and move into a leadership role within 3–4 years based on performance. Training lasts 2–3 months at your home location before traveling up to 95% of the time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED-equivalent required.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supporting product handling and retail sales operations.
• Freight handling, forklift operation and certification.
• Managing merchandising, inventory control, and reduction initiatives.
• Creating material estimates from blueprints.
• Assisting with special projects to address staffing and operational needs.
