CED / Rensenhouse offers a Management Trainee Program designed for recent or upcoming graduates to learn how a company runs, build leadership skills, and take on early responsibilities. You’ll receive mentors, real-world business experience, and hands-on training across multiple departments.

The program spans 2–3 years with rotations in warehouse, purchasing, accounts, project management, and customer development.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across every major area of the business.
• Attend company-sponsored training programs across the country covering Electrical Products, Leadership & Management, and Business Operations.
• Develop leadership skills and take on responsibilities that build toward leading a CED location.
