Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required or in process.
• Bachelor’s degree to be obtained within six months.
• Co-op or internship in customer service, sales, production or admin is preferred.
• Leadership role on campus or related activities preferred.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to executive leadership seminars/divisional summits.
