Job summary

Carrier Enterprise offers a Management Trainee and New Graduate Rotational Program designed for recent graduates to develop across multiple functions. The program spans about 12 months with hands-on experience in sales, distribution, warehouse operations, finance and marketing, culminating in a path to leadership roles built on customer-first service.

Participants gain product knowledge, sales techniques and a strong understanding of how CE delivers comfort excellence in HVAC/R distribution.

Qualifications

• Graduated within two years of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You must be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious and enthusiastic.
• Ability to work in changing environments and manage complexity.
• Willingness to travel during the training period.
• Ability to relocate upon completion of the training program.
• Interest in customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations or commercial engineering is a plus.
• Internship experience in related areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the New Graduate Rotational Program and complete circa 12 months of cross-functional learning.
• Develop skills across sales, branch operations, warehouse, finance, marketing and more.
• Engage in product and sales knowledge, marketing strategies and customer experience initiatives.
• Demonstrate the highest level of customer service during and after training.
