ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. seeks a Leader in Training in Vero Beach, FL to join its leadership pipeline and develop into store leadership. You will work closely with the Team Leader and District Manager to ensure effective store performance and complete training within about six months.

The program aims to transition into an Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader role. Candidates must be 21+, with retail leadership experience or related business education, and be available for nights,

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• At least 6 months of retail leadership experience or equivalent education in Business Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate core values with guests and team members daily.
• Complete training within the LIT program (6 months target).
• Open/close the store and manage cash control.
• Coordinate with District Manager and LIT Program Manager on progress.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
