You’ll rotate through dealership operations, gain hands-on experience in parts, service, and rental, and be mentored to develop leadership, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills for a multi-location organization.

Qualifications

• bachelor or associate degree preferred in business, marketing, transportation, engineering, or related field.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and in person.
• Comfortable soliciting new business and meeting new people.
• Disciplined with good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel up to 25% with overnight stays within our multi-state service territory.
• Intermediate experience with CRM systems and Google Drive preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred or ability to obtain one.
• Dependable attendance; intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Progress through the training phases within the 1.25 to 2.5-year timeline.
• Develop core business competencies including presentations, customer service, and solutioning.
• Learn day-to-day operations and customer engagement protocols in Parts and Service.
• Shadow Sales/Ops experts to learn enterprise software and customer management.
• Identify potential customers and generate cross-departmental leads.
• Improve data integrity within company systems.
• Work with service and parts teams to increase market penetration.
