• Must be 20 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals, deliver excellent customer experience, learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control, assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Support team with cleaning, lot management and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and support deal completion, understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: Shadow and support management, build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching, prepare for future leadership roles.
