Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals.
• Sales & Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores.
• Sales & Customer Service: Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Support team with miscellaneous tasks including cleaning and preparing vehicles, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and support deal completion.
• Finance & Administration: Understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics.
