You’ll learn operations, customer service, sales, and business management while working with experienced leaders.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, dependable, coachable, and prepared to grow into leadership.
• Desire to build a career in management, sales, customer service, or operations.
• Leadership, supervisory, sales, customer service, retail/restaurants/hospitality/auto experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and recommending products/services.
• Motivated by goals and opportunities to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members and leads.
• Train new staff on customer service, sales, safety, and procedures.
• Set expectations, provide feedback, and hold staff accountable.
• Develop leadership skills to advance into management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and explain wash options.
• Support team in achieving sales and membership goals.
• Learn operational procedures and keep location safe/efficient.
• Monitor wash quality and maintain standards.
• Collaborate with management to improve location performance.
