Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking motivated individuals for a Manager in Training role in Groves, TX. You will learn all facets of car wash operations, customer service and sales while working with experienced leaders to develop your leadership skills.

You will gain hands-on experience across operations, sales, and team management, with a clear path to Assistant Manager or Car Wash General Manager as you progress in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, dependable, coachable and ready to grow into a leadership role.
• Desire to build a career in management, leadership, sales, customer service, or operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Motivated by goals and opportunities to improve performance.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities; basic tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead, coach, and develop Team Members and Team Leads.
• Work with site leadership to maintain a positive, productive environment.
• Assist training of new team members on service, sales, safety, and procedures.
• Set expectations, provide feedback, and hold team accountable.
• Develop leadership skills to advance into management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and guest experience.
• Communicate wash services, packages, and membership options effectively.
• Support sales and membership goals; engage customers to build relationships.
• Learn car wash operations and monitor quality; maintain standards.
• Learn opening/closing procedures, staffing and daily operations.
