84 Lumber is hiring a Manager Trainee to join its full-time program. The role provides hands-on training across store operations with the goal of promotion to a management position. Within the first 6-12 months, promotion is possible based on performance and position availability, potentially leading to a 40% pay increase.

Many trainees advance to General Manager roles within 3–4 years. No experience is required to begin your career at 84 Lumber, and relocation may be required for management

Qualifications

• No experience is required to begin your career at 84 Lumber.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• Willing to relocate for a management position.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems.
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
• Sales and Customer Service: Support customers and drive sales in a retail store environment.
• Store Operations and Inventory Management: Oversee material/supply chain flow, stock, and merchandising.
