• Experience with HCM Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs; lead team-building activities and the Emerging Leaders Academy.
• Lead succession planning for critical roles; identify skills gaps and train toward them.
• Use behavioral assessment results to coach employees and guide career paths aligning strengths with roles.
• Create job profiles in the behavioral assessment portal based on key attributes and organizational needs.
