Job summary

Riverside Health in Newport News, VA seeks a strategic leader to shape Riverside's consumer access, digital experience and service-line marketing strategy, driving patient growth and streamlined journeys across the system.

You will partner with iCare, Riverside Medical Group, and clinical leaders to align access, digital tools and service line strategies, while managing budgets and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth and improved patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5–6 years progressive leadership experience required.
• 8–10 years experience in consumer access, direct-to-consumer strategy, health care operations, digital experience, service-line marketing or growth.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization; health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops enterprise consumer access, digital experience and service line marketing strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Leads cross-functional workgroups across operations, analytics, and service lines to advance access strategy.
• Directs website, SEO and digital tools to improve patient journey and growth metrics.
• Oversees resource planning, budgets and cross-department coordination for marketing initiatives.
• Defines KPIs and uses data to optimize service-line marketing and digital experiences.
• Provides coaching and development for direct reports and partner teams.
