Job Profile Summary The Learning & Leadership Development Partner reports to the Sr. Manager - Talent Management and Learning and focuses on performance management, talent reviews, calibration, leadership development programs, and employee development initiatives through structured programs and experiential learning opportunities.
We are hiring for two positions: one based in Houston and one based in Tulsa. Both roles follow a hybrid work schedule.
The Learning & Leadership Development Partner plays a key role in driving employee growth and development within our organization. They promote a culture of safety, inclusivity, diversity, ethics, excellence, service, and innovation through:
Deliver leadership and employee development programs.
Facilitate engaging curriculum, including workshops and simulations.
Collaborate to deliver workshops, training sessions, team-building activities, and summits.
Utilize needs assessments to customize content as needed.
Evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives using surveys, qualitative feedback, and performance metrics.
Utilize various assessment tools to measure leadership and employee capabilities.
Analyze assessment data to coach leaders and create individualized development plans.
Collaborate with senior leaders and HR business partners to align development programs with organizational goals.
Create and maintain a leadership competency framework.
Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
Provide one-on-one coaching to emerging and established leaders.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and a growth mindset.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning & development.
Manage external vendors and consultants as needed.
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Receive and action feedback to improve programs.
The Learning & Leadership Development Professional must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and strategic alignment through key responsibilities such as:

Oversee leadership development initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery of programs.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Master's Degree
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leadership development or related field for mid-sized and large organizations.
Delivered engaging and impactful learning experiences for internal customers.
Applied a deep understanding of leadership theories and adult learning principles.
Utilized various learning modalities, including instructor-led and self-paced approaches.
Influenced and inspired others to foster growth and engagement.
Managed projects efficiently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Leveraged assessment tools to evaluate and enhance learning outcomes.
