Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and HR to assess development needs and create tailored solutions.
• Deliver and evaluate leadership and employee development programs and coaching.
• Drive talent management processes including talent reviews and succession planning.
• Use data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and align with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners to align leadership development with organizational goals.
