Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to lead leadership, manager, and career development initiatives. You will design programs, tools, and learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability and readiness, partnering with HR, field leadership, and senior leaders.

This role emphasizes mentorship, HiPo programs, succession planning, and delivery of workshops and virtual sessions. You will measure impact, build scalable paths, and align development with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent development or related field.
• Experience facilitating leadership or professional development programs.
• Experience supporting managers and employee development initiatives.
• Prior supervisory or program leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership and talent development programs.
• Build and manage development programs for leaders, managers, and HiPo employees.
• Support succession development with tools, resources, and development plans.
• Partner with HR and leaders to identify capability gaps.
• Facilitate leadership development classes, workshops, and cohort-based programs.
• Gather feedback and measure program effectiveness to drive improvements.
