CareBuilders At Home, Inc. in Kingston, PA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who acts as second-in-command to the Office Director, guiding daily operations, staffing, recruitment, and caregiver engagement while partnering on business development and strategic planning.

This leadership development role focuses on building a strong caregiver pipeline, optimizing service hours and client satisfaction, and preparing to assume Director-level responsibilities as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in home care or healthcare operations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Director’s primary operational support and second-in-command.
• Assist with daily management and overall performance of the office.
• Assume designated leadership responsibilities in the Director’s absence.
• Monitor staffing, recruitment, missed visits, caregiver retention, client satisfaction, and service hours.
• Identify operational challenges and implement proactive solutions.
• Participate in staff meetings, performance discussions, and leadership initiatives.
• Support strategic planning and execution of office goals.
• Help establish accountability and ensure policy adherence.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention of caregivers.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified caregiver candidates.
• Develop caregiver-client matches and monitor attendance and engagement.
• Coordinate client care assessments and update care plans as needed.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Develop relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and community organizations.
• Support office growth initiatives and revenue-enhancing activities.
• Communicate clearly with the Director and office team; ensure timely updates.
